Narrative

Pangburn Consulting Group was founded to provide measured, durable advisory work to Tribal Nations and the online lending operators that serve consumers nationwide. We bring operator-side experience — built across capital markets, originations, payments, and collections — to engagements that are sized to fit the moment.

We work with sovereign clients on tribal economic development programs in which consumer lending is one instrument among several. We work with operator clients on capital posture, compliance management, and the everyday rigor of running a regulated portfolio.

Our engagements are bounded, our deliverables are documented, and our intent is to leave each client more capable than we found them. We treat tribal sovereignty as the legal and operating premise it is — and we use industry terminology with care.
